How To Videos for Service and Support

How to use the Auxiliary input on the Emech G1 actuator to enable HOLD and STANDBY control
Hold and standby features allows the actuator to pause operation, wait for a signal before resuming control, or wait a specific time period before resuming control and moving to a defined valve angle. Useful for filling a tank or in sanitry washdown situations.

How to use the Auxiliary input on the Emech G1 actuator to enable Inverse control
Using the Auxiliary input port of the Emech G1 Actuator to enable inverse control logic. Inverse control logic reverses the normal control logic, i.e, in normal logic you would close the cold port of a 3 port valve if the temperature is below the setpoint temperature but in inverse control, the cold port is opened further. Useful in the dough mixing process in a bakery where accurate temperatures are required for the water used to mix dough regardless of ambient conditions.
