Emech Releases Version “E” Actuator in May 2010

On May 1st 2010, Emech Control Ltd, released its latest version actuator to the marketplace.

The Generation “E” actuator incorporates our latest design innovations that include increased electronic circuit protection to the Power Supply and mA Loop, partitioned memory storage and embedded firmware code v117.*

*(Please note: Installation practice for Power and Signal connections in the Installation and Operational Manuals must continue to be strictly followed).

These changes were undertaken to increase the isolation/protection of the unit against voltage spikes and damage caused by “out of specification” temporary signal/power conditions either induced by human or plant brown out incidents.

Earlier model G1.2 and G1.3 push button actuators can be upgraded to include these enhancements via an “actuator service upgrade process”.
