Hitachi Chemical Company benefits from Precision Control

Hitachi Chemicals recently adopted the Emech F5 steam/water mixer to provide water to their jacketed vessels producing ‘Photo Etching Chemicals’.

The inquiry was technically supported and implemented by Mr S K Tan from Advanced Process Instruments in Malaysia.

Through the use of the Emech precision control, Hitachi Chemicals have been able to significantly improve the performance and quality of the photo etching chemicals produced and used extensively in the production of consumer electronics printed circuit boards.

This plants innovation with Emech technology was presented at the Japanese Corporate Engineering Conference. Since this time there has been further adoption of the technology on other process improvement projects within the Hitachi Group.
