Alfa Laval Centrifugal Separators benefit from delivery of in-specification hot water at Fuji Oil

Fuji Oil Singapore are a producer of high quality palm oil. As part of their process they flush their separators with in-specification hot water to clean the Alfa Laval separators between process batches.

The previous system of heating water in a tank via direct steam sparging was slow, inefficient from an energy perspective and the time taken to get to specification was slowing down overall factory productivity.

In moving to the Emech F5 steam/water mixing system, the customer now achieve in-specification hot water on demand, saves steam and improves the cleaning process while also delivering less downtime between batches, allowing increased overall factory outputs.
